TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Pimlico

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9 to 5

Salary: 23k to 25k

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our client's Inside Sales Telemarketing Team. The role will involve cold calling businesses throughout the UK to introduce services, developing content engagers and Marketing Qualified leads. The role will play an important part of the marketing funnel.

Attitude is everything in this role so you must have a positive and energetic disposition.

MAIN DUTIES:

Primary Focus

To identify and develop opportunities for the sale of company products and solutions and book meetings for appropriate member of field based sales team.

Target Market

·  For employee based solutions the primary focus is organisations with at least 250 employees focusing mainly on the 500+ market.

·  For organisations engaging with third party or consumer audiences, the focus is a Revenue potential of at least £5,000 per annum.

·  Marketing agencies, TPI and other channel opportunities

Key Performance Indicators

·  To book a minimum of 25 meetings each month for the External Business Development managers

·  A core part of the role is relationship building over the telephone. However, it is increasingly expected that research, development and relationship building will also be conducted via social and email channels

·  To maximise telephone contact through a daily average of 65 calls and 100+ minutes call time.

·  To communicate accurately and appropriately when using social and email channels

·  Maintain Sales Force CRM system in accordance with company policy; to record important information to enable future commercial relationship development

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will be:

·  A proactive, professional, self-starter that is results driven and has a passion for business

·  Strong sales skills and persuasive personality

·  Flawless telephone manner - professional but friendly and enthusiastic

·  Comfortable speaking to senior decision makers

·  Self-motivated and able to drive a high volume of calls but also a high conversion rate to appointments

·  Consultative and collaborative sales approach over the phone

·  Ability to get to the heart of 'organisations pain' and book appointments

·  High volume of quality calls with excellent conversion to appointments

·  Creative thinker, contribute to acquisition strategy/activities, both regionally and overall

Experience

·  Experience of new business selling or other relevant telephone based role is favourable but not essential

·  Demonstrable track record of achievement

·  Experience of selling to the HR, Sales or Marketing functions in a B2B environment would be an advantage
