We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous supervisory experience to work within an exciting industry. The position of the Telesales/Field Sales Supervisor is for up to 3 months, pay £13ph-£14ph, hours Mon-Fri 37 hours per week. You will be ensuring the Telesales/Field Sales candidates are hitting their targets and discussing with them any reason why they may not be and the best way to improve. The Telesales/Field Sales candidates will be cold calling/approaching retail outlets, IE coffee shops, bars, sweet shops and any businesses and offering them the product for free and explain why they will benefit from the product. Their role will initially be on the telephone due to lock-down, but straight after they will be field based in and around London. This will involve walking into businesses encouraging the proprietor that having this product in their store and explaining how it will increase the foot flow. For every sale that is installed the Supervisor and Telesales/Field Sales candidate will receive a generous commission plus a competitive pay rate.

You must be able to start work on 30 th November; training will be provided. We are looking for individuals that have previous supervisor experience, excellent communication skills, can conduct themselves in a professional manner. If this is you, please apply now.
