Adecco is currently recruiting for a sales Negotiator to joining a fast growing Estate Agents in West Yorkshire. Do you want to part of a fun sales driven environment, are you ambitious driven and motivated ?

As a sales negotiator your role will be to build rapport and relationships with buyers and sellers in order to complete property sales transactions. This includes qualifying applicants' requirements, matching them to appropriate properties, arranging and conducting viewings and taking offers.

The s role is paid on an individual, uncapped commission set-up meaning that the more sales you put together that exchange, the greater your earnings.

The office has a 'wheel of fortune', they conduct regular 'power hours' and ring rounds.

Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.30 Friday 8.30 17.00 Every other Saturday 9 - 13.00 (For every 3 Saturdays worked you get a day off in lieu) 25 days holiday increasing to 30 with service Basic £17k - 20K OTE £23k - 25k
