Residential Conveyancer

Permanent

35hours per week

up to £45,000 Dependant on experience.

I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for my client who is a multi award winning,("Best in County - Gloucestershire", "Best London Conveyancer" and others!) modern law firm who are experts in conveyancing services. As

As a Residential Conveyancer you will be reporting directly to the Directors and specifically remit to lead and build a new, dedicated re-mortgage team working closely with their expanding list of IFA and Mortgage Broker introducers. Their client base is ever-growing in which the clients expect a high level of professional service delivered at all times, so this is suitable for someone with strong client relationship skills.

My client is seeking an individual who is an experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor to join their team who are truly passionate, self motivated.

Key Responsibilities

·  Handling a complex caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters

·  Residential Conveyancing in particular re-mortgaging

·  Leasehold and lease extension work.

·  A detailed understanding of SDLT in residential conveyancing matters.

·  Transfers of Equity.

·  Dealing with un-registered properties.

·  The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed.

·  Manage, develop and coach junior members of team

Skills and experience required:

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

·  Strong organisation and time management skills.

·  Ability to work on own initiative and to work under pressure.

·  Self-motivated.

·  Ability to enthuse others.

In return my client in return can offer an extensive benefit package for all employees and additional training, starting salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience. Monday- Friday 9-5pm working hours. A modern working environment however, just to note even though the client does have car parking the spaces can be limited, there is a good public transport link and parking close by, which would be a 10-15 minute walk into work. 24 days annual leave plus birthday day off! and much more!
