Regulatory Affairs Associate
Adecco UK are currently recruiting for our market leading, global pharmaceutical manufacturing client for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist!
Job Description:
� Receives and processes requests for certificate and samples; identifies and follows up on omissions or missing data in requests with minimal support
� Maintains accurate record entry and updates in request tracking tools.
� Maintains awareness of local (national) requirements for certificates and samples.
� Support management and colleagues in the tracking of invoices and purchase orders
Core Job Responsibilities:
� Tracks procurement of certificates and samples; follows up on delayed requests.
� Helps prioritize requests.
� Works with CSCC team and other functional groups to keep department process documentation updated with current national requirements and business processes.
� Identifies and elevates critical path items.
� Ability to perform basic department procedures.
� Interacts with customers and suppliers to assure timely procurement.
� Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Skills Required for this Job Role:
� Bachelor degree in science, medical, business, or related subject. Significant college work (Associate degree/equivalent at a minimum) accompanied by other certifications and/or extensive work experience may be acceptable
� 1-3 years work experience; preferably in regulatory, pharmaceuticals, R&D or other certificate/sample or records management area.
� Demonstrated ability in organization and prioritization skills.
