Our Client, are currently recruiting for a Quality & Standards coordinator role . This position is Office based working for private security industry company based in Canary Wharf , so requires somebody who is personable, presentable and good at multitasking.
· Location: Canary Wharf
· Pay: £27,500
· Type: perm
· Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday
· Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
� Monitor the performance of awarding organisations against agreed requirements and produce regular management reports
� Monitor the performance of assessing bodies and passport scheme operators against agreed requirements and produce regular management reports
� Maintain effective reporting of the performance of awarding organisations and certification bodies against requirements
� Maintain effective reporting of Quaity and Standards performance and productivity
� Support reviews of individual and business standards
� Maintain key policy documents relating to the assessment of individual and business standards
� Respond to correspondence and queries relating to standards and assessment
� Plan, organise, support and where appropraite conduct meetings relating to standards, assessment, certification and qualifications
� Review and consider exemption requests for overseas or other UK qualifications or certification
� Quality assure visit plans and assessment reports from ACS assessing bodies
� Review and make improvements to operational processes
� Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time, within the job-holder's capabilities
Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
� Understanding of qualification or certification processes
� Able to collate and analyse data from a wide range of sources
� Able to produce concise, clear technical reports
The role will also act to collate, analyse and report data to inform improvements to the standards we set and how they are assessed.
