Our client is a high end, luxury design company based in the city who are looking for a project co ordinator. The prime responsibility will to understand the design projects from to start to finish, whilst being central point of contact in the office. This role offers lots of progression and is an amazing opportunity.

Key Duties:

·  To provide general administrative support to the Sales and Design team in the administration of all contract projects from inception to production and despatch.

·  Carry out administrative duties to include Word Processing, Excel and general office duties.

·  Assist sales with quotations and organise issued quotes in the system.

·  Track the progress of projects through each stage of the process.

·  Ensure sales personnel have submitted requirements for the successful processing of their projects by ensuring approvals and purchase orders are received prior to order entry.

·  Manage upcoming production dates and liaise with sales to ensure timelines are met.

·  Ensure relevant documentation is saved in the correct folders.

·  Process Design Overviews in conjunction with the Administration team.

·  General Custom Project Management system data entry.

·  Co-ordination of supplier purchasing.

·  Maintain communication of project information to the relevant production departments.

·  Liaise directly with customers on order progress, despatch and delivery schedules.

·  Liaise with Admin and Production on delivery requirements to meet Customer dates.

·  Liaise with sales teams, administration and clients on payment of deposits and outstanding invoices.

·  General office maintenance and support duties.

·  Respond effectively to incoming telephone calls and emails with appropriate follow up.

·  Keep stock records and ordering office supplies, samples & A4 folders as required.

·  Despatch samples/handtrials via couriers/post as necessary and deal with office post arrangements.

·  Maintain employee key log.

·  Maintain log of insurance/fire extinguisher
