·  Assist with performance management processes, providing valuable feedback and guidance to employees and managers

·  Provide support and advice to senior management on HR-related matters

Requirements:

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·  Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

·  Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - This is a stand alone role.
