JOB TITLE: Mosaic Training Officer

LOCATION: East London

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: Until May 2020

PAY RATE: £22.25 per hour Umbrella

We are undertaking a project to move away from our existing legacy social care recording system Frameworki to Mosaic. As part of the project we are seeking two suitably qualified and experienced User Support and Training Officers to back-fill the in-house team to allow them to focus on specific areas of the project.

These staff will need to be fully conversant with both Frameworki and Mosaic as they will be required to provide training and first line end user support to both Adults and Chilren's Services on both systems during the project lifecycle. In the first phase of the project (moving 'as is' functionality and users from Frameworki to Mosaic) they will be providing first line support and training to staff using the Frameworki system. After Mosaic implementation, second phase (additional functionality) they will be providing first line support and new user training on the Mosaic system.

We expect an excellent implementation of Mosaic supported by ongoing business as usual support for FWi during the period of transition.
