Marketing Technologist - Hybrid/Bristol

Job Title : Marketing Technologist

Location : Hybrid/Bradley Stoke, Bristol

Remuneration : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities :

·  Take a pivotal role in delivering business measurement solutions, shaping product strategy, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across our client's team.

·  Gather and analyse user data from diverse sources to grasp customer behaviour and engagement patterns.

·  Formulate and present data-backed recommendations to enhance features, aiming for heightened engagement and revenue expansion.

·  Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure informed decision-making based on data.

·  Continuously explore new data sources and enhancements for existing data.

·  Utilise data insights to influence decision-making processes and propel business growth.

·  Craft clear and concise communications to effectively convey intricate data narratives.

·  Cultivate deep expertise in the automotive insurance sector and align it with our client's growth objectives.

·  Leverage data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and Power BI to analyse and present data in actionable ways.

·  Manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·  Cultivate robust relationships with colleagues at all levels and exhibit strong relationship management abilities.

Requirements :

·  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM.

·  3+ years of experience in a solutions development or similar role, preferably within the insurance or automotive industry.

·  Practical proficiency in data tools like SQL, Snowflake, Python, and Power BI.

·  Ability to present and communicate data effectively for actionable insights.

·  Experience in managing and prioritising multiple concurrent tasks.

·  Strong relationship management skills across various organisational levels.

·  Ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy problem-solving challenges.

·  Enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven demeanour.

·  Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
