Adecco are recruiting for a fantastic customer-focussed Mail Room Operative role for our large, multinational, corporate client.

We are looking to recruit an individual who is determined to build a career for themselves within a professional environment. Ideally, someone who can provide strong customer service skills and good organisation abilities to meet targets.
Experience within a similar role or of providing general clerical support would be desirable.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
· Delivery of inward courier items and post
· Tracking internal and external packages/post using company tracking software
· Moving boxes and crates
· Booking of outgoing couriers
· Processing out-going mail
· Answering telephone enquires
· Logging incoming items and Mailtrack system
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and willing to go the extra mile to keep service standards high.
Working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-5:30pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Pay rate: £9.40 p/h
