Our client based in Tadcaster are an established and independent outsource nationwide service provider that specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of beer and soft drinks dispense systems. Adecco have been instructed to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for their Head Office in Tadcaster.

The successful applicant for the Logistics Coordinator role will have the following responsibilities and/or attributes:

·  You will receive telephone, email and website requests for installation and removal work from customers, create accurate bar plans and provide quotes.

·  You will track and allocate work using all your energies to balance the workload between ensuring that internal Technician resources are utilised along with maintaining additional resources provided through external Service Providers (contractors).

·  You will be confident with communicating with all types of customers, from sales management, Service Providers, Retailers to internal Installation Technicians.

·  You will understand the relationship between cost efficiency and quality of work and have a desire to succeed against all odds. You will be organised and self-motivated, being able to plan and work independently.

·  Team working is essential so being a strong team player is a prerequisite to perform well in this role.

An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential. The hours of work are 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, covering from 9am to 5pm

Benefits include salary of circa £20,720.16 (Inclusive of pensionable salary and an expected £2,978 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly), Pension, Occupational Sick Pay, Health Care and Life Assurance.
