We are currently recruiting for a Lab Assistant to support a friendly busy lab just outside of Chester.

The lab team require a new colleague to work collaboratively producing reports, analysing samples, taking in deliveries and managing a consistent list of duties.

This client offers a excellent training structure so science background is not essential in terms of qualifications but a long-term career focus in laboratory support is key for this role!

Due to the location of this role candidates will need to be able to drive.

Key requirements for this role:

·  Previous lab experience is desirable although not essential

·  strong attention to detail

·  good administration skills and confidence in using IT systems will be beneficial

·  Has a strong passion for science

·  A good standard of English and Maths too are essential

·  Can work well under instruction

Lab assistant responsibilities will include;

·  preparing samples in laboratory

·  preparing reports and completing analysis process too

·  Helping set up equipment

·  As this is a small team daily tasks may vary

This role is a full-time role Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 5PM
