Our client in Braintree are looking for temporary help for a period of 6-8 weeks approximately to support the roll out of an IT project amongst all staff.

Working for a small team, and working alongside one other staff member, you will be supporting the roll out of laptops to all users. Must have knowledge of Citrix, Windows 10, Office 365, VPN technology and Cisco Java.

All laptops will need to have the software installed and then be unboxed at the users desk, set up, and connectivity checked. Experience within rolling out similar projects is essential.

Excellent communication and people skills essential as you will sit with each user and talk them through the roll out and once completed guide the user through the workings of the laptop to desktop. Headsets are also being rolled out.

You will also be involved in support calls to the helpdesk as there is a small backlog due to the roll out, so helpdesk experience is also essential.

Working hours are flexible, Monday - Friday, either 9-5pm, or 8.30-4.30pm.

Free parking available, FEBRUARY start date.
