Adecco is hiring for an exciting role as an In-House Recruiter with Languages.

Do you have a solid recruitment experience and want to work in-house for a multinational company based in Cork Airport?

Do you speak fluent English as well as any of the following European languages? English, German, Polish, French, Italian and Spanish.

Scope of the Recruiter position:

Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and internal teams
Maintain a flourishing pipeline of talent (active & passive candidates), drive networking initiatives & market research
Oversee budgets, job postings
Full ownership of the recruitment process, employer promotion in the marketplace
Innovate process improvements, participate in special projects
Delight candidates

Required Skills:

- 2 years+ experience in recruitment

-To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in English with a European language.

-Level 8 Bachelor's degree

-Experience building and driving talent sourcing activities

-Full life cycle recruiting

-Participate in special projects/ recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.

-Leverage of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

- Excellent communication skills, written and oral

- Career driven
