We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work on a busy site based in Ashford Kent. This will be a 6 month FTC role, possibly becoming permanent for the right person.

The hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:15am to 5pm (With a 45 minute lunch break) and Friday 8:15 to 2pm (With a 15 minute break).

Main tasks and duties

� Managing the administration associated with new hires, leavers, internal moves/secondments, and reference requests

� Maintain legally compliant documentation and system records relating to all aspects of employment

� Provide rapid response to enquiries from employees, either face to face or via email

� Create, run and analyse HR reports to support the effective management of people within the business

� Participate in process reviews to improve the team's workflow, efficiency and service levels

� Produce and maintain well documented procedures to cover all aspects of the team's activity

� Work with other members of the team to cross-train and share knowledge, to ensure a seamless service

� Provide direct support to the wider HR team and assisting on ad hoc projects, providing support where required.
