One of our clients, based in Central Uxbiridge (amazing offices) are looking to recruit a Part Time Finance Business partner to work 3 days per week.

What you will be doing in your new role:

·  Support the AFH Function with Financial Modelling, Monthly P&Ls, Sales Data Distribution & Analysis with Commentary

·  Vistex Management - All AFH deferred discounts/Off-Invoice to be fully managed in SAP and Manual Accruals Calculation/Posting

·  P4P monitoring, Contract Management and analysis of data

·  Assist with the Month-End Process when required

·  Assist in the Budget Preparation

·  Assist in the Forecast 1 Process

·  SAP Administrator

·  Assist with Purchase Order Management

·  To support on any adhoc projects and tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

What do you need to being to the role:

·  Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues

·  Advanced SAP user

·  Strong attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts

·  Adaptable and flexible approach to a fast-paced environment

·  Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
