Demo Scheduler

Duration: 6 months - on going

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours

The Customer Experience Centre London is the Headquarter for the EMEAR region. You will be part of a team of Program Managers, Presenters and AV support all working to make the London CXC a compelling and exciting place for customers to visit.

Daily responsibilities:

·  Working closely with AMs to ensure their customers needs are met and their expectations are exceeded after paying a visit

·  Working closely with the Account Teams to provide booking and coordination services for demonstrations.

·  need to smartly manage presenter and facility time to accommodate incoming requests and work closely with the Master scheduler of the briefing centre

·  During annual leave and very busy times the demo scheduler will also act as a backup for the Master scheduler

·  the demo scheduler is responsible for meeting and greeting customers in the dCloud caf� (the entrance area of the briefing centre), looking after the running of the dCloud caf� and liaise with the front of house team on logistics and catering

Requirements:

·  Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

·  Professional customer service skills

·  Working independently as well as part of a team

·  Previous experience working in customer facing background
