We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the Droitwich for a part time customer service/transport administrator.
The role is a tempoarary assignment until the end of January 2021, there is a potential it could be extended at this stage.
The post-holder would be working alongside the customer team within the transport Department and would have the primary function of processing documentation required for deliveries and liaison with drivers and sub-contractors.
There is a requirement for a high level of attention to detail as the many of the goods processed are subject to strict legal controls.
The role will be part-time - 11:30-17:30 five days a week with a half hour break each day (27.5 hours per week).
We are looking for an experienced administrator ideally with an understanding of stock control. It is essential you have excellent communication skills to deal with customers and work to a high attention to detail. You must also be able to use Microsoft Word/Excel and office.
