We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Kettering.

If you are passionate about delivering great customer service and being empathetic then this might be the right role for you.

Main Duties of the role will include -

Speaking with customers who have recently experienced a challenging life event.
Supporting them through their claim journey to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language

Have worked in a regulated environment, understanding the importance of compliance.

Have strong IT skills

Be a good communicator (written and verbal)
