£20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Can be flexible e.g. 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30) Monday to Friday
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service administrator with strong communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure all customer enquires are dealt with efficiently.
· Communicate with customers and assist with resolving any disputes on deliveries, ensuring any issues are corrected.
· Keep goods out & export paperwork and invoices up to date and filed efficiently
· Assist with delivery and transport queries
· Processing orders for B2B clients
· Support and Liaise with other departments within the business
Candidates must have:
· Good numeracy skills
· Strong customer service experience
· Good organisational skills
