My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their busy office based in the Haney area.
To be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries via telephone and email. To ensure that all orders taken are placed accurately onto the system.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
To ensure that all calls are answered within required times
To ensure that all customer orders are taken and completed to agreed deadlines
To keep up to date with product knowledge
To keep customers informed of special offers and product availability
To ensure that paperwork is ready for drivers
To run reports
To use data base to check available stock
Key attributes
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
To be able to work from and complete pre printed order forms
Able to work on own or part of a team
Able to work of own initiative
Have a can do attitude
Ability to work under pressure
