A family run restaurant have recently expanded and are recruiting a mixologist/bar person to join their team in their new site in Poulton.

Due to this being a seafood restaurant, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of wine, in particular white, and experience mixing cocktails. The successful candidate will be expected to muck in where needed, including waiting on.

Working hours will be between 25-30 hours per week, spread out over 4 days (inc. evenings and weekends)

This is a temp to perm role, so will suit someone looking for a long term opportunity with progression.
