We are hiring for important multinational client a candidate with experience in Talent consulting and employer branding:

Job's mission

Facilitates and guides processes that build the talent capability of the Company

Main responsabilities

Manage the full cycle of talent management process
Foster the implementation of the E-learning platform and other training & development academies
Deploy the coaching and development culture throughout the organization
Deploy the competencies mapping through the organization
Monitor and take care of the talent pool growth
Implement at local level Group processes or initiatives
Identify and apply an in-depth knowledge of Talent Management Systems like promotion policy, career models, etc. to design associated systems in line with the talent management strategy
Provide expertise and insights on talent market (market intelligence) and people development

Key success factors and requirements

• Graduated with full marks in Humanistic matters. Master degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• As a must have requirement previous 3/5 years experience in the same role in a multinational company or in a consultancy agency specialized in this field.
• Experience acquired in a world-class and matrix environment, multicultural and international experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Internet, HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc… and Social media and technology savvy
• Proficient in Assessment tool such as Saville (preferred)
• Proficient in coaching techniques (certification is a plus)
• Talent & organizational strategy knowledge and analytical skills data analysis, reporting skills, KPI sensitivity
• Business acumen understanding of the organization and its requirements, outstanding knowledge of IT business
• Candidate experience, skills & potential assessment, ability to screen and assess qualified candidates using behavior-based interviews
• Effective communication
• Customer focus, and ability to promote our employer brand and company values, our positions and to engage candidates
• Project management
