In order to assist our client in the luxury automobile sector on their connected car IoT project, we are looking for a full-time Java J2EE Developer who will based in the Manchester region, United Kingdom for a duration of 6 months. There is a possibility of renewal.
Your Mission:
- Participate in the design of new micro-services for a connected car
- Develop new micro-services
- Put in place unit tests and integration tests
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years’ experience (internship, job)
- You have high analytical capacities and are able to quickly and easily adapt to technical difficulties
- You have solid practical knowledge and experience of Java (Spring / Spring Boot/Hibernate)
- You have experience in developing micro-services
- You have experience in test driven development
- You are used to working in an Agile environment
- You have a professional experience in Cloud-based development and deployment
- You have practical experience of Git and IntelliJ IDEA
- You feel comfortable speaking with clients
- You are proficient in both written and spoken English
- You are proficient in both written and spoken French
- You are organised and reliable
- You are passionate about technology and in particular IoT
Bonus Points:
- You have practical experience of working with the Cloud-based solution Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- You can communicate in German
