Key tasks

• Establish and maintainseamless co-ordination & cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
• Interact with guests and personnel of the hotel in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent command of English.
•Self-driven individual, with a pro active and positive approach to change.
•Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.
•Strong leadership and management skills and able to handle change and cultural sensitivity.
•Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities
