Job description



Key tasks

• To handle confidential and classified material and ensure the code of confidentiality is kept all times, maintains professional office etiquette and discretion.
• Assist to ensure that Talent & Culture Department complies with all Hotel Policies and Procedure and Government Regulation pertaining to employment practices.
• Maintain and control Personnel Requisition status. Screen and recommends applicant for employment in the Hotel include the arrangement for interview, orientations program and in house tour.
• To assist Talent & Culture and Learning & Development in identifying the training need within each department.
• To assist in monitoring the Hotel‘s training plans.
• To be responsible for the security and maintenance of the hotel’s training rooms, training equipment and materials.
• To advice the alent & Culture and Learning & Development of any new support materials that would be beneficial to the hotel.
• To ensure that the recommended quota of departmental trainers are trained for each department.
• To ensure the maximum utilization for departmental trainers in each department.
• To assist in maintaining training records and statistics.
