Key tasks

We are looking for a Talent & Culture Advisor to join the Accor Wellington team!
We are looking for a proactive, driven and highly organised individual with real passion for Talent & Culture.
Already a few years of HR experience under your belt, you will be exposed to generalist T&C responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations , immigration and much more!
The role is supported by the Talent & Culture Manager.

MISSION

Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing support across the business to all employees.
You will support Managers and Supervisors in everything people related through recruitment, employee relations, performance management and L&D initiatives. You will also be an admin superstar and well organized in your work.
This is a diverse role covering Generalist T&C, recruitment & payroll.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
•Hotel HR experience preferred
•Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential matters
•An approachable nature and ability to build relationships across all levels
•Ability to think outside of the square, always seeking a better way at conducting our business
•Self driven, exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi task
•Previous exposure to New Zealand employment law, WHS legislation & immigration
