Our day spa is Marysville's newest spa and offers a haven of tranquility and serenity for our guests, visitors and locals alike. Our world class therapists are highly skilled and offer a range of massages, skin therapies, facials, beauty, and relaxation treatments. 

Job Description

Our team work closely with our clients to take them on a journey of rejuvenation so they leave feeling restored, revived and inspired. Our team is growing and we are looking for Beauty and Massage Therapists to join us in delivering outstanding experiences to our clients. 

About the role

·  Perform all aspects of spa therapy in accordance with our Spa Menu and standards. We provide comprehensive training for our Spa Rituals and have highly skilled therapists to support your learning
·  Offer a range of treatments to potential clients and convert enquiries into treatment bookings, upsell treatments where possible and follow up with retail products after treatments
·  Ensure our beautifully appointed  treatment rooms are prepared in line with our high standards, lighting, music and aromas, ensuring we are ready to make our clients feel relaxed and at ease
·  Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and feel confident making recommendations to clients, that meet their needs

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably extensive massage.
·  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
·  In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.
·  Certification in beauty industry.
