Key tasks

- To clean all guestroom and floor corridor inclusive service area
- To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
- To be committed in conserving natural resources and preserving the quality of the environment in which we operate.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Completely familiarize with Security, Fire & Safety procedures & carry out the policies established by the Hotel.
- Systematically greet guests when coming across them.
- Respects the guest’s rest
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values
