- To maximize occupancy of rooms and meetings, rates, yield and average.
- Analyse the hotel performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions.
- Maintain a very good reputation for the HOTEL and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel.
- Overview TARS and other online sales & revenue tools.
