Swssôtel Foshan is managed by a professional, friendly and dedicated team of Leaders. To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

POSITION:  Purchasing Supervisor

Assist Purchasing Manager to finish every task under the direction of Purchase Manager.

•    Be familiar related state policies and regulations, be aware of the market and supply channel of all sorts of goods.

•    Ensure that the department works closely with the Chef and DoFB to purchase the highest quality product while constantly searching for the lowest price.

•    Ensure that all PO requests are properly completed and approved before the items purchased.

•    Provide assistance with Purchasing Manager to improve management of suppliers and examine their qualification.

•    Control the purchasing cost and quality.

•    Purchaser should obey the rules of purchasing and establish good relationship with suppliers. Make the trainings to enable purchasers to develop quickly.

•    Update the policy of purchasing and documents based on requirement from operation.

•    To strictly operate the system according to the hotel quality management system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

 

• Responsible for assisting the Banquet Service manager / Assistant Manager with the daily operations of all scheduled banquet events.

 

• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

• To follow food safety guidelines/ standards strictly.

• Highly responsible & reliable
