A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Hotel Sales Manager to lead the Sales Function for the Southampton Combo – Novotel, Ibis, Ibis Budget hotels.

What you will be doing:
You will manage the sales function at hotel level to maximize revenue for the hotel
You will work to ensure the financial success of the hotel by initiating, planning, directing and managing the implementation of the sales strategy for the hotels.
You will foster relationships with all key accounts, helping to ensure the hotels are the preferred choice.

Your experience and skills include:
Applicants with ideally 3-4 years hotel sales experience preferred, able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment.
You will have strong commercial and business acumen, and the tenacity to drive the Top Line to exceed targets, and to position the hotel in the market place as the preferred choice in the area.
You will be an effective communicator, who is able to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You must have strong leadership ability, with a hands on approach, leading from the front.
