Key tasks

Execute all communications and branding concept and strategies both within the hotel and externally in order to maximize hotels brand awareness in line with the positioning within the target market that includes:-
- Developing annual marketing communication budgets and action plans

- Developing and implementing the advertising budget for both local and international markets

- Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all markets/data analysis and social media activities

- Assisting the Food & Beverage with yearly promotional and strategic plan, including the E-Marketing platforms to improve both positioning and market perception

- Oversee and implement retention strategies using email, newsletters, and social online media to increase the customer’s frequency as part of an overall strategy to develop direct bookings to the hotel via the brand website

- Plan, manage and execute Paid search and Paid Digital Media campaigns, including but not limited to account set up, strategy development, organization, optimization and management.

- Manage media vendors, contracts pay outs budgets accruals and invoices

- Day to day implementation of performance marketing tactics on all channels which includes search marketing , meta search and other potential digital channels.

- Monthly web direct performance

- Research and competitor analysis in travel and hospitality market in Danang to identify new opportunities develop strategies for new channels

- Prepare related reports on analysis of social media

- Leads a team of Marketing executive, digital marketing executive , Graphic artist

- Liaises on e-commerce initiatives with Revenue Manager

- Reports to Director of sales and marketing
