Key tasks

Within the region Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) responsible for autonomous planning and controlling of Guest Relationship Marketing (=GRM) activities for the German speaking audience. This involves the communication channels E-Mail marketing, APP notifications and in the future SMS messaging, with a focus on the B2C audience of the 3 core brands ibis, Mercure & Novotel.

- Focus on B2C Guest Relationship Marketing activities of the 3 core brand senders: ibis Family, Mercure , Novotel.
- Selection and adaption of target group relevant content according to the customer segmentation strategy, commercial pressure rules and Brand guidelines.
- Planning, implementation, validation and monitoring of both – global & local – GRM activities with focus on E-Mail marketing.
- Continuous performance analysis and measurement of Opening-, Click-, Conversion rates and ROI. Creation of Persona Profiles based on CRM customer segmentation and predictive customer behavior with the objective of future campaign optimization.
- Proactive coordination and exchange with all relevant interfaces, especially within the Brand Management, Loyalty, Revenue Management and E-Commerce.
