Loyalty Manager & Executive Assistant

Reporting to the General Manager, the Loyalty Manager & Executive Assistant is a leader who will inspire and exemplify exemplary service/professional, engaging and friendly service. This role is responsible for ensuring all loyalty members receive the highest attention prior, during and following their stay at the hotel. The successful candidate will lead the hotel Loyalty Program, liaising with all department of the hotel to ensure all policies; procedures and required training are in place to ensure our loyal guest a seamless stay.

Located near Silicon Valley in Northern California, this 20-story two tower masterpiece caters to discerning and well-traveled business professionals who expect impeccable quality from their accommodations.

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:              


Loyalty Program Responsibilities:
-Coordinates with Front Office, Housekeeping and In Room Dining to ensure room preference are honored so that Arrival, Stay and Departure experience in a seamless experience.
-Communicates relevant information and special requirements to all departments to ensure the expectations of all Loyalty Member are exceeded
-Liaises with all key departments to gather the correct information and preference from Guests and ensures profiles are updated accordingly
-Assist Loyalty Members with preparation of activity itineraries and ground transportation when applicable
-Performs pre-arrival communication to VIP and Loyalty Members when necessary to ensure the correct information is obtained
-Reviews arrivals and Loyalty report at a minimum of 3 days prior arrival
-Contacts/Meets Guests during their stay and assist with any needs that arise
-Ensures that preferences are collected for all members regularly
-Review all Loyalty Members/VIP guest incidents and ensure proper follow up is completed with the relevant departments

 

Executive Administrative Responsibilities:
-Provide executive administrative assistance to the General Manager
-Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
-Responsible for all administrative functions, including but not limited to meetings minutes, calendar management, travel arrangements and guest responses
-Administer regular phone interactions with guest and colleagues

Qualifications:



-Current or previous experience as assistant manager/manager in a similar operation
-Guest focused with a passion for service and standard excellence
-Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
-Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop team members
-Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office, Food & Beverage operations
-Knowledge of Opera or Property Manager, Word, Excel and Windows
-Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong guest services orientation and training skills background request
-Strong administrative skills required
-Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
-Hospitality/Business Diploma/Degree an asset
