·  Oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel
·  Organize and follow up all the Accor internal training courses, external training course, English classes, Vietnamese classes and others
·  Ensure that all learning activities support Accor Hotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution

Work Experience

·  Hospitality knowledge
·  Training, coaching skills
·  Excellent presentation skills
·  Vietnamese Fluent, Good command in English
