As a network engineer, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's network and server infrastructure. You are responsible for providing technical support, maintaining security, managing a team, and continuously improving the infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization.

Your mission:

· 
Responsible for managing projects related to your area of expertise, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.

· 
Mentoring and coaching junior team members, sharing your technical knowledge, and providing guidance and support.

· 
Responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by junior team members.

· 
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

· 
Documenting technical processes and procedures, ensuring that knowledge is captured and shared across the organization.

· 
Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

About you:

·  At least 2 years experience as a network engineer
·  Initial experience in the hospitality industry
·  Process management skills based on the ITIL framework
·  CCNA or CCNP certification would be a plus
·  Experience in critical troubleshooting, particularly in the relevant field of activity.

Softskills : 

·  Fluency in English and French 
·  Customer service skills
·  Excellent language skills
·  Understanding of ITIL framework
·  Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and other team members at various levels.
·  Leadership
