Key tasks

Managing the shift and all team members to ensure productivity and guest experiences are maximised
Oversee both Food & Beverage and Front Office operations during shift
To assume responsibility of the hotel during shift
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and standards maintained
Assist department heads to achieve desired targets
Ensure safety and security of guests and staff
Manage and resolve guest queries for an effective outcome
Motivate the team by providing a safe and happy place to work
Manage the shift within the legal requirements of our hotel liquor license
