Job description

Key tasks

- Develops and implements the pre-opening business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with the Brand’s overall vision and strategies.
- Maximize, monitor and evaluate objectives and activities of the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue.
- Promote marketing awareness and leadership to all employees.
- Train and develop an organized, motivated and cohesive Sales & Marketing team.
- Take lead involvement in establishing and driving the price policy together with the hotel’s management.

Note : Successful candidate will be contracted with and based at Pullman Khao Lak, Thailand.
