Job Description

·  Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
·  Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen.
·  Actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions.
·  Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
·  Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
·  Maintain Health & Safety standards.
·  Control food stock and inventory.

Qualifications

·  Service focused personality is essential and a passion for culinary arts.
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
·  Positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
