Job description



The Compensation & Benefits team is part of the Human Resources department which is a part of our Corporate Functions department. Our Corporate Functions department provides deep expertise to manage and operate Accenture's business functions and support client teams. They work in a wide range of functional areas including human resources, marketing and communications, finance, quality control, legal, IT, facilities and services.

We are looking for a replacement to join the team for a period of 4 to 6 months, starting in March.
The role is open to Analysts and Consultants, also outside of Corporate Functions.

You will be part of the local BeLux Total Rewards team, which is part of the Global Total Rewards organization. You will work closely with colleagues from Gallia and with our Global Center of Excellence (COE).
In this role you will get the opportunity to better understand how your Total Rewards package is designed, the mechanisms behind compensation decisions as well as the administration of benefits inside and outside myFlexRewards. Needless to say, this is a great opportunity to have fun while understanding how the Accenture compensation & benefits team is working!
As a Total Rewards team member…
· You will work directly with the Total Rewards lead on a wide area of Total Rewards topics, such as the preparation of the Total Rewards budget, the configuration of the compensation tool, support the review of our current benefits package (pension, healthcare, mobility…) and many more.
· You will assist in the strategy, design, and development of total rewards programs.
· You will liaise with all relevant disciplines in BeLux (i.e. tax, legal, accounting, payroll, HR business partners), but also in other countries (Global TR COE, myFlexRewards HR Shared Services team Bucharest);
· During the replacement you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of Total Rewards tools.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  You have well-developed analytical skills combined with a very pragmatic and agile mindset and keep your final customer in mind (i.e Accenture employees).
·  You have very good computer literacy (especially MS Excel skills, Microsoft PowerPoint) and can easily adapt to new tools and applications.
·  You have a strong interest in HR and compensation & benefits topics.
·  Your work and deliverables are accurate and structured. You have a great attention to detail.
·  You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
·  You have a strong sense of discretion for sensitive/confidential matters.
