Role: RPA Developer

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Travel: Possibility for travel to client sites throughout the UK

We have roles available across the following Accenture career levels depending on skills and experience.

Salary: We have roles available across a range of Accenture career levels including Senior Analyst, Specialist and Associate Manager levels. Salary: £30,000 to £60,000+ (depending on skills and experience)

What responsibilities will you have?

• Innovating to continuously improve the RPA developed and delivered to clients to bring ingenuity to the team and to maximise business benefits.

• Developing and configuring automation processes as per technical design documents (TDD) to meet the defined requirements.

• Developing new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

• Complying with and helping to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

• Ensuring quality of coded components by performing thorough testing.

• Ensuring documentation is well maintained where required.

• Reporting status, issues and risks to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

We'd like to work with you if…

• You have experience in RPA Development and can demonstrate this.

• You have commercial IT experience with a strong understanding of programming concepts (preferably from a programming background with experience of at least one coding language).

• You have hands on experience of at least one industry standard RPA tool (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere etc.).

• You understand the software development lifecycle and methodologies (preferably experience of Agile).

• You are self-motivated, team players who are action and results oriented.

• You are well organised with strong communication and reporting skills.

Not required, but it would be awesome if...

• You hold industry relevant RPA certifications.

• You are experienced in mentoring and coaching Junior Developers and performing code reviews for quality control.
