Job description

Recruiter
The Accenture Recruitment team is looking for a Dutch speaking corporate recruiter/talent acquisition specialist who will be responsible for further enabling the growth of Accenture Heerlen. This opportunity is the perfect next step for a campus recruiter or a junior agency recruiter. Do you live in the Limburg region or do you want to move back?

Your job
You are eager to hire the right talent and get very excited when you receive a difficult profile to search for. With your positive attitude and team spirit you can look ahead and act as a trusted advisor for your candidates and hiring managers. You use your creative skills to empower Accenture to grow while also growing yourself. Your main responsibilities will be:

· Manage the full cycle recruiting process for experienced candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
· You contribute in thinking about the recruitment strategy; you advise your internal clients and you will be responsible for efficient fulfillment of the recruitment demand;
· Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders;
· Taking part and/or take ownership in Recruitment projects, like interview quality, candidate experience and diversity.
You will work closely together with a professional recruitment organization consisting of Recruiters, Talent Sourcers, Operational support and an Employer branding specialist.

Your team
At Accenture Corporate Functions, we do whatever it takes to make Accenture a success - every day. We are the pieces that hold it all together: organizing collaborations, monitoring and optimizing our activities and results, keeping everyone happy and motivated – and that's just the beginning.

Working alongside HR, Finance, Geographic services, Marcom, Legal, and Information Management teams, you will find exciting opportunities to make your mark (and a measurable difference, too). We use modern tools, innovative approaches and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be challenging to meet all the needs of our big-name clients and partners, as well as our colleagues - but it's worth it when you see what we achieve together.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background
You should at least hold a Bachelor degree and 1-2 years of experience as (corporate) recruiter. This role requires monthly travel to our Amsterdam office, and you need to be fluent in Dutch (speak, read and write) and English.

Our offer
Accenture is an incredible place to work - and keep learning. By joining us, you'll become part of a global company with a world-class brand and reputation. Besides the work we do for our clients, we're proud of our vibrant, diverse workplace culture: we believe in openness and honesty, fairness and equality, common sense and realism. We want to get to know the real you and help you explore and grow - whatever it is you're great at. So you will always have lots of learning opportunities (formal and informal) to improve your role-specific skills and expertise.

Besides our high-profile, challenging projects and our nurturing work environment, we offer excellent employee benefits, including a flexible transport arrangement that suits your personal situation (electric car or bicycle, flexible budget including NS business card), an expense allowance, discount on Accenture shares and the possibility to work 4 x 9 hours a week.
