The position of Junior Business & Technology Consultant provides the challenge you are looking for!

As a Junior Business & Technology Consultant at Accenture you will work in an international team at leading Communication, Media & High Tech clients on complex delivery and transformation projects. Your future projects could be:

Creating business insights based on big data through data visualization;

Investigating the use of- and implementation of Artificial intelligence within operational processes;

Improving business processes based on process mining.

Alongside Accenture colleagues and customers, you will analyze issues, formulate technical solutions and manage and take part in the development of those solutions. You will work on projects for leading multinational clients and it is common that you present (even as junior) your insights to leadership of the client! You will gain experience with different companies in a short time and work in various fields. You will join a team of talented consultants and will operate from our offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven (HTC), or the client office. In your first year you will go to one of our international training locations for a training together with junior consultants from all over the world. Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Master of Science (MSc.) graduate in IT, information science, engineering, or a related field;
·  Team player with strong analytical skills and a client-centered, can-do mentality;
·  Demonstrable affinity with IT topics like Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation;
·  Ability to clearly communicate your ideas and skills in an advisory role;
·  Entrepreneurial mindset, e.g. demonstrated by extra-curricular activities in a student board or student team and/or international experience;
·  Programming & scripting skills (in e.g. SQL, Python, R, Bash/Linux or other) are a plus;
·  Affinity with communications, media and high tech is a plus;
·  Knowledge of delivery methods like Agile and Scrum is a plus;
·  Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
