People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

The Certification Developer Senior Analyst manages all activities associated with assessment design, development, deployment, maintenance and analysis.

Role Responsibilities
· Participates in job task analysis, item writing workshops, item review sessions, assessment asset builds, quality reviews, standard setting and assessment analysis
· Handles stakeholder management and stakeholder readouts
· Receives support from senior Certification team members and the Certification Project Lead

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Bachelor's degree OR Minimum of 2 years assessment or instructional design experience
·  Minimum 6 months experience in assessment or instructional design
·  Minimum 6 months project management experience
Professional Skill Requirements
·  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to tell the story
