We have a need for a contract to hire opportunity for a Dynatrace Operator located in Madrid

§ Role Description

· Monitor critical Infrastructure and application performance and availability
· Responsible for troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues
· Ensure the health of the Iaas/Paas/APM (full-stack) deployment and update software with any necessary service packs
· Must have experience in Dynatrace Full-stack amd Application Monitoring Development.
· Must have worked on performance testing/engineering/analyzing activities

· “Hands on” experience in Monitoring and Cloud knowledge are a must

· Work Experience: + 2 years
· Cloud: + 1 years
· Monitoring: + 2 years

Desired profile

Qualifications :

M Required experience

·  Manage monitoring solutions (Dynatrace)
·  Knowledge of others monitoring solutions (Elastic, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Microfocus…)
·  Knowledge of automation and scripting tools (Cloudformation, Ansible, cheff, puppet, etc)
·  Knowledge of AWS and Azure
·  Desirable Knowledge of ITSM integration




MiMinimum qualifications

·  Demonstrated technical depth in one or more market leading monitoring solutions for Cloud native environments
·  2+ years of IT implementation experience
·  Strong interpersonal and team working abilities
·  Strong self-learning ability

·  Operation of Monitoring solutions for ACN clients Serve as a subject matter expert to influence decision makers on cloud technology strategy and architecture
