Create the specifications and features of a product, analyze and design enhancements to the application and identify and define detailed product functional requirements and use cases. Assess current capabilities and market requirements and define the requirements, metrics and performance goals with other teams. Transition requirements and use cases to designers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor Scrum process and meetings to increase team efficiency, advocate for self-organization, and encourage problem solving
· Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies
· Assemble and coordinate project staff
· Plan and schedule project time-lines
· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
· Conduct accurate capacity planning
· Guide, coach and motivate the team, leading by example, with the goal of increasing productivity
· Oversee and manage scope, time-line, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
· Create a team environment that is open, non-judgmental, and trustworthy, while emphasizing problem solving
· Protect scrum team from outside interference during a sprint
· Remove impediments or guide team on how to remove impediments
· Assess team maturity and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
· Report on team progress each sprint through defined metrics
· Communicate effectively within the scrum team and to business stakeholders, improve transparency
· Partner with product owner, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure scrum team focus is on highest business value
· Assist product owner, business analysts and other team members in refining backlog and ensuring a steady stream of work is available for the team
· Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams, making sure that projects are successful and that teams are enabled to deliver with excellence
· Participate in project estimation sessions with the technical and business stakeholders
· Work alongside client services and business teams to create time-lines and budgets with internal and external clients, contractors and vendors
· Complete any project tasks necessary to remain compliant with quality

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

Required Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Information's Systems or Business (or equivalent work experience)
· 4+ years managing either infrastructure or software development projects, preferably using an agile methodology
· Proven track record of managing and delivering high profile internal and external projects
· 4+ years managing software development projects, preferably using an agile methodology
· Agile or Scrum master certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master, PMI – ACP
· Experience working with a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
· Knowledge of patterns and practices for facilitation of scrum teams
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Planning and organizing

· Qualification in IT project management or equivalent
· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of IT project management
· Proven experience in people management
· Proven experience in strategic planning

· Ability to work with teams that are not co-located
· Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
· Fluency with agile software development tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA or waterfall project management tools like MS Project
· Skills in business supporting applications: Excel, Word, Power-Point, Visio
