JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

• Develop COE center training courses.
• Design and support clinical trials to ensure that the customer know well about the advantage of products and techniques.
• Develop new physicians in assigned territory
• Design training materials concerning the clinical use of new and existing products
• Held training workshops together with KOLs
• Deliver and organize the CTC level certification.
• Develop a re-certification program based upon the market needs and requirement.
• Learn and transform new technologies and products to first line sales.
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES其他功能和职责

• Learn and apply new training software and support EP cases.
•  Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM Asia’s and SJM country’s policy and requirement.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM Asia and SJM country.
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM Asia and SJM country are executed.
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications                                                                                                

• Industry Experience: Medical high value implanting product or high value consumables, cardio surgery business experience will be higher priorities

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential
