JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

• Requirement: To assist in day-to-day tasks of assigned TAM
• Reporting directly to: Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM)
• High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Medical, Sales,
• Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, D1, HCMC

2, Core job responsibilities:

Performs clerical duties

• To be taking meeting memos, files organizing & sorting, drafting presentations, drafting reports, managing branded collaterals and gimmicks

Research

• To assist in conducting market research survey under supervision and guidance from the coach

Event handling

• To oversee the scheduling of appointments, organizing conference rooms, work closely with event stakeholders to implement external meetings

Branding

• Support TAM to monitor timeline, following up with key stakeholder & completion current communication assets as planned (including CLM material, product & message priority for each of target customer, GP slide desk, training material, educational video/ KV).
• Support TAM to prepare and follow up approval process for the use of promotion materials (brochure, leaflet, CLM, GP Slide deck, etc).
• Support TAM to build marketing materials and deploying activities for customers
• Support TAM to brief marketing campaigns

Launching

• Support TAM to track and monitor launch performance
• Conduct periodically trade visit
• Support TAM to assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.

Database processing

• Support TAM to prepare sales report from DAS
• Support TAM to prepare DKSH sales report

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Core Skill Requirement

• Good Communications skills;
• Advanced in Microsoft Office systems such as Excel and Word
• Organized, accurate and efficient
• Creativity and dynamic in planning new things to enhance the value of company’s events
• Flexibility in solving problems and high adaptability skill
• Can work at least 6 months
